Until 1996, he developed his career in the Ministry of Economy and Finance, within the General Secretariat of Planning and Budgets, where he held the positions of, among others, Secretary General of the General Directorate of Budgets and Head of the Technical Cabinet of the General Secretariat of Planning and Budgets. Until his appointment as Central Delegate for Large Taxpayers, by Resolution of 2 July 2018, of the Presidency of the State Tax Administration Agency, he held the position of National Team Inspector in the Central Delegation for Large Taxpayers.
Born in A Coruña in 1961.Degree in Law (specialising in Public Law) from the University of Seville.He is a State Tax Inspector and State Comptroller and Auditor (on leave of absence).
